Our Fleet Monitoring Module allows you control and manage expiration information such as next service date, next service mileage, road tax renewal date, insurance renewal date, leasing mileage, leasing dates, next MOT date etc.

Our Driver Logging Section keeps a full history of operative/driver assignment. At all times you will be equipped with historical information detailing what operatives were responsible for what vehicles at what time.

Our Fuel & Mileage Logging Section logs fuel consumption, noting associated mileage and costs. This allows you, the user, to monitoring the vehicle/fuel performance. Information can be provided by driver, vehicle or spend.

Our Vehicle Notes Section allows the entry of any type of note. These notes can be split into unlimited sections with the Software Administrator deciding on what the Notes Sections should be. This gives flexibility for recording and reporting of any type information.

Each and every vehicle, and every log attached to that vehicle, can have an associated driver and cost centre. This allows you to attribute notes and costs to individual drivers and cost centers.
