Pathmeads
Pathmeads is the largest Registered Social Landlord in London, providing property management services for over 30,000 homes. The contracts division manages more than 25,000 homes for other landlords including local authorities, housing associations, primary care and NHS trusts, developers and private investors. The temporary housing division specialises in the provision of temporary accommodation, managing more than 6,000 privately leased homes around London and the Home Counties.
Pathmeads Property Services Limited (PPSL) is the internal contractor to the Genesis Group providing reactive, planned and major works to the Genesis subsidiaries and is also pursuing contracts externally. PPSL provides a range of repairs and maintenance services within the Group and for external clients. Our work includes:
• Day to day responsive maintenance
• Re-let voids
• Major voids
• Decent homes
• Cyclical painting and repairs
• Adaptations
• Refurbishment
• External curtilage
PPSL have 80+ operatives, many working with PDA devices to eliminate the need for paper job sheets and to speed up the completions process.
PPSL took the decision to implement AccuServ in October 2005, and can now prove they are as good as they say they are to existing and new potential clients. AccuServ is interfaced with Northgate SX3 v5 and Agresso with their main client, Paddington Church Housing Association.
“The implementation of AccuServ and the continued excellent support ensured the success of the project. The introduction of mobile technology has really produced the promised efficiencies and economies, and has allowed us to tender for many more contracts” says Francis Narweh, Director of PPSL.
