Responsive Repairs
AccuServ Responses Repairs module allows you to control breakdown and repair jobs across all trades, for eaxample, building, plumbing, electrical, groundwork, decorating, heating, roofing.
When you are recording a new repair/breakdown, the system can display to your staff warnings regarding occupier vulnerability, for example health issues or hearing difficulties, as well as property warnings, for example asbestos, helping to ensure suitable precautions are taken by your reapirs team.
The software is configured so that the job types match your clients priority codes.
The Job Control screen uses a traffic light warning system to help you monitor these priorities and ensure you complete work before it is passed the clients target date. An amber alert means you have 24 hours before the job goes out of target, and a red alert for when they are out of target.
Our unique event system against the parent job allows you to record everything that happens on the job from the repair request to completion. For example, as well as all on site visits, you are able to record letters sent and received, telephone conversation (keyed in, not recorded), parts required and ordered, tenants requests to delay, and much more. This is extremely useful when the client comes to you in six months time and asks you why a job took so long, you are able to record every detail and provide a complete history.
When integrated with AccuServ Mobile, jobs can be completed automatically, or flagged for the attention of admin staff for further action, for example, to order parts.
Customer satisfaction surveys can be set up with client specific questions and answers, and these can be recorded against the job and performance statistics produced.
You can produce the required KPI reports directloy from AccuServ, for example, First Fix (right first time) analysis, appointment made and kept and jobs completed in/out of target.
When interfaced with client systems, the jobs can be created automatically within AccuServ, with an event for each of the trades required, based on the schedule of rate codes usually attached to the job.
Variations and completions, as well as stage codes along the way can all be sent and received, providing the client software is so enabled.
